Cardiff Innovation Campus - Bouygues

IWC are privileged to be working alongside Bouygues on this landmark project located in the heart of Cardiff. The £300m Campus at Maindy Park, will feature two new centres, driving innovation and transforming our working culture, creating a hub for research and development activity in Wales. 

The state of the art Campus will incorporate the “Spark” building - a social and shared space enabling creative thinking and the exploration of new possibilities and the “Translational Research Facility” - home to two world-leading scientific research establishments.
