IWC’s Social Value Strategy not only focusses on the “social” aspect, but also encompasses the economic and environmental benefits for individuals and communities.
Our mission at IWC is to engage, enable and empower people and organisations across three key themes:
Inspire & Educate Young People – Use our skills and experience to engage young people with the construction industry.
Help Others – Implement economic policies and business practices to improve the wellbeing of society.
Help the World – Look after the social and physical environment and develop more sustainable practices.
Following our successful group trek to Petra, we managed to raise an incredible amount of £6820.00 for the charity “Young Minds”. The current Pandemic has had a significant impact on the lives of many individuals and these extra funds will be used to help young people and their families.
