IWC Sponsors School Rugby Kits
This year IWC had the pleasure of becoming one of Ysgol Glantaf’s main rugby kit sponsors for their 2022-2023 WRU college league campaign. Production Director Jason Wilde’s son Harri is an A level student at the school which has a rich heritage of Welsh rugby stars most notably Wales and British and Irish Lions star Jamie Roberts.
The school had more success by winning the National Plate cup final beating Coleg Y Cymoedd 24-12. Harri went on to further his Wales Under 18s career and add to his 4 caps awarded during the 2021-2022 season when selected for Wales in the recent Junior 6 nations held in Dublin. Wales returned with a played 3 won 1 record, Harri playing in all 3 games.
Harri has now signed a 3 year junior rugby contract with Cardiff Rugby where he will split his playing time with his degree studies in Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Harri worked with us at IWC during his school summer breaks on a variety of our schemes, so we think of him as one of our own.
