Sustainability School – Ysgol Bae Baglan

In collaboration with Morgan Sindall, we recently returned to Ysgol Bae Baglan, one of our previous projects, to support Year 8, 9 and 10 students as they explored the design of a sustainable school.

As part of the session, we delivered an interactive sustainability carousel, taking students on a journey through our organisation’s approach to sustainability over the past 30 years. The workshop explored how sustainable construction has evolved, the initiatives we have introduced, and how these practices are helping to shape the future of the built environment.

The session provided students with real-world examples to support and inspire their own project work, encouraging them to consider how sustainability principles can be incorporated into the design, construction and operation of future schools.

It was a fantastic opportunity to share our experience, engage with the next generation and demonstrate how thoughtful design and construction can contribute to a more sustainable future.
