Staying Safe and Functional during the Pandemic

None of us were prepared for the changes Covid-19 would have on us not only as individuals, but as a company. Very quickly we had to introduce many strategic changes across the company facilitating home working for our staff and considering implementing the furlough scheme for a small proportion of our workforce.

The business faced unprecedented disruption. Bridie was appointed the task of digesting new guidance on a daily basis and ensuring we were working to protect our staff and keep the business operational.

With the addition of many Covid-19 units alongside many sites that were still functional, it was imperative to turn around new procedures very quickly. 

Having critically reviewed our existing processes and procedures we have developed new COVID-19 procedures in all areas of our business.
