People Matter Charter

The People Matter Charter was created to address diversity, exploitation, wellbeing, employment conditions and training & skills, all of which are common challenges faced by organisations and their supply chains. The charter helps organisations up and down the supply chain address these challenges together, in one workforce strategy.

People issues are vast yet linked, the charter comprises of 8 commitments representing “Fairness, Inclusion & Respect, Wellbeing, Employment, Wages, Human Rights, Modern Slavery, Training & Skills and the Right to Work”
