IWC are now entering the business end of the super exciting Bristol Beacon Project working under the guidance of Willmott Dixon. This scheme is unprecedented for the IWC portfolio and whilst hugely challenging its rewards promise to be something to be proud of. 

Programmed to complete in 2023 this £107 million pound scheme will provide a state of the art performance venue which will be unrivalled in the South West. 

IWC are now 22 months into the structural timber restoration works, soon to be entering into the next phase of acoustic joinery and door installation packages. The IWC team is headed up by Martin Bolderson and Alun James who drive standards in Health & Safety and Quality by the hour. Comradery within the team is effective, productive, and professional.
