Big Shoutout to Our Apprentice of the Year 2024 – Lewis Knott!

Lewis has been absolutely smashing it over the past 2 years with IWC! Starting off on a commercial project in Swansea, he honed his skills in second fix carpentry. Then, he took on a residential project in Newport, gaining invaluable experience across both sectors.

With a natural talent for working on joists, Lewis quickly made a name for himself as a top-notch carpenter. Having completed his apprenticeship, Lewis continues to shine in the residential sector, proving that with determination, hard work, and a savvy supervisor, the sky's the limit!
