Ian Williams Carpentry were privileged to work in Partnership with Morgan Sindall Construction on the £16.5m renovation and upgrade of the Pantycelyn student hall of residence for Aberystwyth University. Works commenced in June 2019 and was completed in time for students returning for the 2020 academic year.

IWC’s extensive project delivery included both external and internal refurbishment on this high-profile building, creating modern en-suite bedrooms, with the capacity for up to 200 students, providing state of the art accommodation with both leisure facilities and learning facilities.
